New Regional Fundraiser Calendar Helps Arts Nonprofits Avoid Date Conflicts

Nonprofit fundraising calendars fill up quickly, and overlapping events can strain the same pool of supporters, sponsors, and volunteers. To make planning easier, the Northwest Connecticut Arts Council has launched a Regional Nonprofit Fundraiser Clearinghouse Calendar, a shared “save the date” resource for arts fundraising events across the region.

What it’s for

  • See fundraiser dates in one place
  • Reduce competing events on the same night
  • Support stronger turnout and sponsorship coordination

What can be submitted

The clearinghouse is limited to nonprofit hosted arts fundraising events. It does not include private classes or rentals, and submissions may be edited for clarity.

How to add your event

Organizations can submit their fundraiser date through a short form. Entries are reviewed before they are posted, and the calendar can also be added to Google Calendar for easy reference.
