Creative minds with generous hearts gathered for Arts Night Out! Art Supply Drive @ the Village Center for the Arts

Artists and cultural community leaders alike celebrated the season of giving at our annual Art Supply Drive on Thursday, December 18, bringing new and gently used art supplies to be donated to our friends at the Torrington Area Families for Autism (TAFA).

Mayor of New Milford, Pete Bass, was in attendance, stopping to take a photo with the NWCT Arts Council Staff.

Guests enjoyed pizza sponsored by the Northwest Community Bank Foundation, salads donated by the Iron Rail, and wine donated by a friend of the NWCT Arts Council.

The NWCT Arts Council collected several bins of art supplies, which we dropped off with Christina Augliera of the TAFA. These art supplies will be used for to create art for their annual fundraiser, Art on the Spectrum.
