MATTATUCK MUSEUM SEEKING CORPORATE FOUNDATIONS RELATIONS
The Mattatuck Museum is a vibrant institution dedicated to engaging its community by interpreting the history of the greater Waterbury region and showcasing American art from the colonial period to the present.
The Corporate & Foundation Relations Coordinator is a crucial position responsible for maintaining and growing a diverse portfolio of corporations and foundations to ensure sustained and expanded investment in the Museum's mission, exhibitions, and public programs. As a key member of the three-person fundraising team, this role manages the entire institutional giving lifecycle, from meticulous prospect identification and compelling proposal writing to compliant reporting and strategic stewardship.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and brings a proactive, high-energy approach to both day-to-day administrative tasks and creative, high-impact fundraising projects.

SHARON PLAYHOUSE SEEKING TEACHING ARTISTS!
The Sharon Playhouse seeks passionate and dynamic teaching artists for an array of teaching opportunities. Seeking teaching artists with experience working with any age group, from toddlers through adults, for Sharon Playhouse classes, in-school and after-school residencies, and creative team positions for our YouthStage productions. Sharon Playhouse teaching artists are contracted on a freelance, per class/production basis, and work a variety of schedules based on programming needs and teacher availability. Weekday, weekday evening, and weekend hours are available, all year long.
The Sharon Playhouse faculty is comprised of teaching artists with wide ranges of experience, both as teachers and as theater artists. Priority will be given to teaching artists who have housing within a commutable distance to the Sharon Playhouse. Hired teaching artists will be required to undergo background checks, at the expense of The Sharon Playhouse.

- Helpful Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience teaching children, teens, and/or adults in a variety of theater techniques
- Comfort working in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with peers and adults
- Commitment to creating welcoming, equitable and inclusive learning environments for all learners
- Interest in arts education
- Experience writing lesson plans
- Understanding of basic classroom management strategies
- Understanding of or willingness to learn child and adolescent development
- Experience teaching children and adolescents, during in-school or out-of-school settings
Salary: Based on teaching artist’s experience and the needs of the educational program, hourly pay ranges from $40-$70 per hour.

JUDY BLACK MEMORIAL PARK & GARDENS - CALL FOR 2027 EXHIBITS
The mission of The Judy Black Memorial Park & Gardens is to create a gathering place in Washington that invites friends and neighbors to relax, learn, play and share all that the community offers.
The Park has opened applictions to exhibit in their gallery in 2027.
Since opening to the public in 2016, the Park has featured dozens of local and regional artists in rotating exhibitions each year. Its light-filled space offers a versatile setting for all types of artistic styles and mediums. A steady stream of visitors provides artists with valuable exposure to new audiences.

FIVE POINTS ANNEX - CALL FOR EXHIBITIONS
The Five Points Annex is a non-juried community pop-up gallery providing affordable access to professional exhibition space. Located just one door up from Five Points Gallery at 15 Water Street, the Annex is available for rent to artists, artisans and community groups on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Annex is managed by Five Points staff and has hosted over 1,000 artists since its opening in 2017.
$400.00 per two-week period. $50.00 security deposit due one week prior to occupancy and returned after occupancy.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking, balance due one week prior to occupancy.

NYFA 1-on-1 Consultations for Immigrant Artists offers individualized career-centered conversations for creatives of all disciplines.
During these FREE 40-minute online consultation sessions with arts industry experts, you can seek advice on specific topics or general resources and opportunities to help you navigate building your arts career in the U.S.
Consultation session topics can include:
- Arts career planning, such as creating and locating opportunities
- Feedback on application materials, making connections, and building community
- Advice on working with curators, presenters, producers, and/or publishers
- Marketing strategies
