The Connecticut Office of the Arts Announces $889,370 in Connecticut Arts Endowment Fund Awards - Including $61,038 in grants to NWCT!

The Connecticut State Department of Economic and Community Development/Connecticut Office of the Arts (COA) administered $889,370 in Connecticut Arts Endowment Fund (CAEF) grants. These funds provide organizations with general operating support that they may use towards programming, administrative or operational costs, capital projects, equipment, or to build their own endowments.


Established by the Connecticut General Assembly, the CAEF was established as a way to stimulate the development and long term stability of CT's Arts industries. This fund is managed by the Office of the State Treasurer and the program is administered by the COA.
