Thank you to everyone who helped us raise $50,000 at Arts Connected!

The NWCT Arts Council’s annual fundraiser, Arts Connected, was hosted at Bryan Memorial Town Hall on Saturday, April 26, 2025. With over 250 guests, artists, and performers in attendance, this celebration of arts and culture in the Northwest Corner was met with overwhelming support.

A beautiful grazing table and passed hors d’oeuvres were provided by Executive Cuisine. Cocktails were served by Litchfield Distillery and beers were provided by Norbrook Farm Brewery.

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by Jeremy Driscoll on the hand pan, then greeted by the Golden Lady performance by Ellen Moon, and a performance by the world-class Sherman Chamber Ensemble.

There was also a photo booth created by Bloom Booth for guests to take photos with fresh floral props.

The NW 25 Gallery featured works by 37 artists located in and around the NWCT region. Each piece featured in the gallery was available for sale, and many of the artists featured were in attendance for the event to mingle and talk about their works.  There was also a limited edition Andy Warhol scarf that was donated by Diane von Furstenberg to help raise funds for the Arts Council.

Ysanne and the Lotus Blues brought a performance rich with emotion, storytelling, and raw energy—offering a fresh yet deeply authentic take on a timeless genre.​

The event was co-chaired by designer Diane von Furstenberg and her granddaughter, Antonia Steinberg, Director of Buck's Rock Camp in New Milford.

The evening culminated in a special perfromance by Pilobolus of their piece Bloodlines.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended and all the volunteers who helped to make this evening a sucess.
