"Places I remember... paintings by Robert Patrick Coombs"
The Gallery @the SHS of the Sharon Historical Society & Museum presents the opening of its show of art works, “Places I remember... paintings by Robert Patrick Coombs”, an exhibition and sale running from February 3 through March 16, 2018. Robert Patrick Coombs is an award winning artist and part-time Sharon resident. He is an elected member of the prestigious Salmagundi Club in NYC. Painting in both acrylics and oils, Mr. Coombs style can best be described as mix of contemporary impressionism and realism. An opening wine and hors d’oeuvres reception to which the public is invited free of charge will be held on Saturday, February 3 from 5:00 to 7:00PM. The Gallery @the SHS is located at the Sharon Historical Society & Museum, 18 Main Street, Route 41, Sharon, CT. The gallery and museum are open Wednesday through Friday from 12-4, Saturday from 10-2 and by appointment.
